Dial Milo is an AI receptionist that answers your business phone 24/7.
Pay-as-you-go: no subscription, no monthly minimum, no contract, no per-seat fee.

## Per-minute call time

Charged per minute of answered call time, as the sum of two components:

Figures above are for a United States number. Standard is the
default engine (powered by Google Gemini Live); Premium uses a more expensive,
more lifelike voice model. Rates vary by the country your number is in —

Billing is prorated by the second — a 90-second call is billed as 1.5 minutes,
not rounded up to 2. You are billed only for calls Milo actually answers;
missed, blocked, and spam calls cost nothing.

## Phone numbers

**$3.00/month** for a United States number. Other countries vary; see
https://dialmilo.com/numbers/buy for live per-country pricing.

You can instead forward an existing business number to Milo at no extra
charge, in which case you pay only for per-minute call time.

## Credit top-ups

Accounts run on prepaid credit. Larger top-ups earn bonus credit:

New accounts start with **$1.00 of free trial credit** — roughly 20 minutes
of calls on the standard engine, enough to test Milo properly before paying.

## Auto top-up

Optional. When your balance falls below a threshold you choose, we charge your
saved card a fixed amount so the line never goes dead mid-day. You set both
numbers, and a daily cap limits total auto-charges.

## Transfers and outbound calls

When Milo transfers a call to a human, the outbound leg is billed per
