The AI campaign report
After the calls, Milo labels every player with what they need next and writes a review of the campaign: what's working, what isn't, and what to try.
The AI report tab reads your campaign's calls for you. It sorts every player into a clear next step, such as Move to VIP support or Stop contacting, and writes a short review of the whole campaign with suggestions you can act on.
When the report is built
Reports update every morning for campaigns that made calls in the last week. To get one sooner, click Build the report, or Regenerate to refresh it. There's no charge.
If the campaign has only a few answered calls, you'll see the numbers but no written review until there are more calls to learn from.
Who needs what
Each player gets one label per campaign, based on their latest answered call:
| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| Safer gambling | The player showed signs of harm or asked to be excluded. This label always takes priority over the others. |
| Needs attention | A complaint, a problem or a question your team should pick up |
| Stop contacting | The player was annoyed or asked not to be called |
| Move to VIP support | High value or very engaged |
| Likely to deposit | Accepted the offer and sounded keen. A good fit for an email or text nudge. |
| Follow up later | Busy or undecided |
| No action | Wrong person, nobody there, or a neutral call |
Each group has To do and Handled views. You can listen to the call behind any label, and act on a whole group at once: Do not call, tag players as VIP or likely to deposit, or Mark handled once your team has dealt with them.
The written review
Below the labels, the report covers:
- Mood and Engagement across the calls
- Likely to come back, and From call to deposit
- How calls ended
- What's working and What isn't
- What players ask and push back on
- Script feedback, and how your A/B test is going
- Recommendations
Recommendations are suggestions only. Your team decides what to act on. The report never changes your campaign by itself.
