1. Service description
Dial Milo provides an AI receptionist that answers phone calls on your behalf, configurable from a web dashboard. Usage is charged per minute of talk time, billed against a credit balance you top up via Stripe.
2. Account
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Dial Milo for illegal calls (e.g., robocalls without consent, scam operations, calls violating TCPA or local telephony laws). Don't use it to harass, defraud, or impersonate. Don't use it to provide medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate licensing and disclosures.
4. Payment
You add credit via Stripe. Calls are billed per minute against that credit. Auto top-up, if enabled, charges your saved card when balance drops below your threshold. You can disable auto top-up anytime. Refunds are at our discretion — typically yes for unused credit, no for already-completed calls.
5. Termination
You can cancel anytime by closing your account or simply not topping up. We may terminate your access for breach of these terms with reasonable notice.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
