Muse sets up your Dial Milo receptionist, has it call you so you can hear it, and from then on tells you who called and what they wanted whenever you ask. Three steps, about five minutes.

    Create your Dial Milo account

    Sign up free. No card, $1.00 of trial credit. Verify your email; Muse cannot do that part for you.

    Generate an assistant token

    In the dashboard go to Settings → Connect an AI assistant and generate an assistant token. Keep it handy; Muse will ask for it through its credentials prompt. Never paste it into the chat.

The API is REST at https://dialmilo.com/api and authenticates with a Bearer token in the Authorization header. Ask me for the token through your credentials store; I have it ready.

Once connected, help me set up my receptionist, have it call my phone so I can hear it, and from then on tell me who called, what leads came in, and what appointments were booked whenever I ask.

Questions

What can Muse do, and what stays with me?
Muse can draft and refine the receptionist, upload your documents, switch tools on, have Milo call you, and read your calls, leads, and appointments. Buying a number, forwarding your existing line, and topping up credit stay with you in the dashboard. The token Muse holds cannot spend money.
Does this work for personal use, not just a business?
Yes. Tell Muse it is a personal line. Milo will take messages, screen callers, and book time on your calendar, and Muse can tell you who called while you were busy.
What does it cost?
Dial Milo is pay-as-you-go per minute of answered calls, with no subscription. Muse's own plans are separate. See pricing for the per-minute rate.
Is my token safe inside Muse?
Muse stores credentials outside the agent's runtime and swaps a stand-in for the real token when a request leaves its machine. That protection only applies when you give the token through Muse's credentials prompt, which is why we never put it in the prompt text. You can revoke the token any time in Settings.
