How it works
Every greeting follows the same order: who the caller reached, why you can't answer, what to leave in the message, and when you'll call back. Opening hours, a website and an emergency line are added only when they help.
What to leave in the message depends on the business: a law firm asks for a short description of the matter, a plumber for the address and the job, a restaurant for the party size and time. There are 12 business types and 4 situations.
The scripts are written from templates in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
