Team members, roles and the activity log
Invite your team for free, give each person the right role, choose your own email notifications, and see who changed what.
Everyone on your team can have their own login at no extra cost. Pick a role for each person so they see only what they need, and use the activity log to check who changed what.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including payment methods and top-ups. There's one owner per account. |
| Admin | Manages setup, numbers, integrations and the team. Can view billing, but can't top up, change payment methods or change the owner. |
| Agent | Works leads, appointments and contacts. Can't change setup, numbers or billing. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to calls, leads, appointments and setup |
Inviting someone
- 1
Open the Team card
Go to Settings and find the Team card.
- 2
Send the invite
Under Invite someone, enter their email, choose a role and click Send invite.
- 3
They accept
They get an email with an Accept the invitation button. The link works once and expires after 7 days. They can join with Google, using the invited email address, or by setting a password.
Open invites are listed on the Team card. Use Resend to send a fresh link that's valid for another 7 days; the old link stops working. Use Revoke to cancel an invite.
Changing or removing a member
Change a member's role from the dropdown next to their name. Remove takes away their access straight away, and any API tokens they created stop working. Nobody can change the owner's role or their own.
Your own settings
Each member has their own My profile and My notifications cards in Settings. Notification choices only affect you, so an agent can get new-lead emails while the owner gets billing receipts. The owner gets every email by default. Admins get safer-gambling, phone number and campaign emails by default. Agents and viewers start with notifications off and can switch on the ones they want.
The activity log
Owners and admins can open Settings → Activity to see who changed what, and when. Filter by member, or by area such as Team, Numbers, Billing, Campaigns or Integrations. Click Details on an entry to see exactly what changed.
Staying signed in
You stay signed in for 30 days, and the 30 days start again each time you use the dashboard. On the sign-in page, a Last used badge marks the method you used last on this browser, Google or email.
