Using the spend calculator
Estimate what calling a list or answering your calls will cost, priced from your own numbers, with results per player reached, per accepted offer and per depositor.
The spend calculator shows what a list will cost to call before you start. It uses the price of calls from your own caller ID and your own past answer rates. Pick Fill from campaign and it prices each real number on the list.
Opening it
Go to Billing and click Open spend calculator, or choose Spend calculator in the sidebar. It has two tabs: Calling a list and Answering calls.
Calling a list
Enter:
- Players on the list and Attempts per player. Attempts include the first call.
- Where the players are: one or more countries with a share for each. If the shares don't add up to 100%, they're scaled to fit.
- Answer rate per attempt (%) and Talk time when answered (min)
- Accept the offer (%), as a share of players reached, and Of those, deposit (%)
If you've run campaigns before, these fields start from your last 30 days of calls. Click Use my numbers to bring them back after you've changed them. Small samples can swing a lot, so treat the first estimates as rough.
Fill from campaign
Choose a campaign under Fill from campaign…. The calculator then uses:
- that campaign's players who are still queued
- its attempts per player
- its country mix
It also prices every number on the list exactly, so each country row shows "your N numbers". Otherwise, a country row shows a price that covers 9 in 10 of that country's networks, or a typical mobile price.
What you see
- Estimated total for this list, plus the monthly cost of your number
- Your balance: how much of the list it covers, and how much to top up to call everyone
- What you get: call attempts, players reached, offers accepted, deposits and talk minutes
- Cost per result: per player called, per player reached, per accepted offer and per depositor
- Where the money goes: call minutes, AI per talk minute, unanswered attempts, and a split by country when there's more than one
Copy quote as text copies the whole estimate so you can paste it into an email or a budget request.
Use the total as a starting point for the campaign's total budget. The campaign's own forecast then updates as real calls come in.
Answering calls
For inbound calls, set your Calls per day, Avg call duration, Calls transferred and where transfers go, SMS messages per day and Phone numbers owned. The calculator shows an estimated monthly cost, how many days your balance will last, and the cost of each part. You need a connected number to use this tab.
