Key takeaway

Connect Google Calendar from the receptionist's Integrations card; once linked, Milo checks live availability and books appointments straight into your calendar during the call.

Connecting Google Calendar lets Milo check your real availability and book appointments directly into your calendar mid-call. One-time setup, ~60 seconds.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your Dial Milo dashboard.
  2. Open the Receptionist page from the sidebar.
  3. Scroll to the Integrations card. Click Connect on the Google Calendar row.
  4. Google will ask you to choose an account and approve calendar access. Approve. (You can use a different Google account than the one you signed up with — pick the one tied to your business calendar.)
  5. You'll be redirected back to the Receptionist page with a confirmation banner. The Integrations card now shows the connected account email.

What Milo can do once it's connected

  • Check availability — find open slots that respect what's already on your calendar
  • Book appointments — write the event in with the caller as an invited attendee
  • Both happen mid-call without you lifting a finger

Disconnecting

Same Integrations card. Click Disconnect. Milo immediately stops being able to read or write to your calendar; the existing appointments stay where they are.
