Player reactivation ROI calculator

See what calling your dormant players would return. Ineligible players come off the top, then the funnel runs from answer to deposit, for AI calls and a human call centre side by side.

For licensed operators' CRM, VIP and retention teams.

Your dormant players

Players with no deposit in your dormancy window.

Have phone-marketing consent and aren't on any self-exclusion register.

Call results

Share of calls a person picks up.

Of the players who answer, the share who deposit again.

Over the window you measure, e.g. 90 days.

Leave at 0 for a service call with no offer.

Call costs

Unanswered AI calls cost nothing. Check /rates for your country.

Fully loaded: wage, tax, seat, management.

Including no-answers and voicemails.

How it works

Eligible players = dormant players × eligible share. Everyone without phone-marketing consent, or on a self-exclusion register, is never called. See the self-exclusion registers by country.

Reactivated players = eligible × answer rate × reactivation rate. NGR = reactivated × NGR per reactivated player.

AI call cost = answered calls × average minutes × price per answered minute. Unanswered calls are free. Call centre cost = dials ÷ dials per hour × agent cost per hour, because an agent is paid for every dial.

Net return = NGR − call cost − bonus cost. ROI = net return ÷ (call cost + bonus cost).
